- Products posted by third-party vetted vendors are listed independently, and the responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and quality of these products lies with the respective vendor.
- Dripz n Vybez outsources logistics and delivery to third-party providers, ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
Pop Culture & News Platform: Dripz n Vybez provides updates and articles on pop culture news, including fashion, music, movies, entertainment, and Nigerian current affairs.

3. Third-Party Vendors

Dripz n Vybez works with independent third-party vendors who sell their products on our platform.

Vendors are vetted to ensure product quality, but we do not guarantee the performance or outcomes of any transactions with vendors.
The vendor is responsible for all warranties, guarantees, and liabilities arising from the sale of their products.
In cases where disputes arise between a buyer and a third-party vendor, Dripz n Vybez will act as an intermediary, but the final resolution is subject to our discretion.

4. Orders, Deliveries, and Payment

Placement of Orders: Orders can be placed directly through the Dripz n Vybez website. Payment methods will be outlined at checkout.
Delivery Process: Dripz n Vybez collaborates with third-party logistics providers for all deliveries. While we ensure that deliveries are handled professionally, we are not liable for delays or damages incurred during shipping by third-party logistics.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution

We offer a limited return and refund policy for certain situations:

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
- Returns or refunds are only applicable if the product was damaged, defective, misrepresented, or different from what was ordered, and the claim is reported within 24 hours after delivery.
- Products owned by third-party vendors are not permanently covered by refunds after the specified reporting timeline.

- Customers are required to notify Dripz n Vybez of damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery.

- Reports that exceed the 24-hour window will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Terms for Damaged Items:
- For Dripz n Vybez-owned products, refunds, or replacements may be granted as long as the report complies with the 24-hour timeline.
- For third-party vendor-owned products, Dripz n Vybez will help mediate disputes between the customer and the vendor, but the resolution is not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, tampered with, or contain intentional damage cannot be returned.
- Refunds will only be processed once the product is reviewed and the claim is approved.

Dripz n Vybez does not bear any risk for products damaged during delivery unless they are part of our in-house collection. Risks for items from third-party vendors are borne by the logistics provider and the respective vendor.

7. Disputes & Mediation

Dripz n Vybez will assist to mediate payment or product-related disputes between customers and vendors. However:

Dripz n Vybez’s decisions in resolving disputes are final.
We reserve the right to deny refund claims or disputes that violate our policies.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Third-Party Vendors: Dripz n Vybez acts as a platform connecting buyers with third-party vendors. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the quality of the products listed by third-party vendors except those explicitly marked as Dripz n Vybez-owned products. Any liability arising from third-party products or services is the sole responsibility of the respective vendor.
Logistics and Delivery: As Dripz n Vybez outsources logistics and delivery to third-party providers, we disclaim all liability for delays, damaged goods, or any issues caused by the logistics company. However, we will assist in providing necessary details and mediating disputes based on reporting and claims timelines.
No Warranty: Dripz n Vybez does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and is not responsible for any adverse outcomes due to technical issues, unauthorized access, or events beyond our control.

User-Generated Content: By submitting any images, reviews, or other content to our platform, you grant Dripz n Vybez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and republish your content for business purposes.

Repeated poor performance (e.g., complaints, delivery issues, counterfeit products) from vendors.
Failure to comply with payment obligations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.|

Once terminated, users and vendors forfeit any privileges associated with their account.

Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
Damages arising from third-party logistics delays, product quality issues, or misrepresentations by third-party vendors.
Loss of data, revenue, or profit resulting from the use of the platform.

Dripz n Vybez’s liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the disputed transaction.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes or claims arising out of the use of the platform shall first be resolved through mediation facilitated by Dripz n Vybez. The parties involved in the dispute agree to cooperate with Dripz n Vybez to reach an amicable resolution.
- If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004), or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties or, failing agreement, by the relevant authority in Nigeria. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the place of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.
